Here at BIDBI we have recently started to use MagnaPrint inks for all of our screen printed bags. MagnaColours are known as one of the most innovative companies for producing screen printing inks.
MagnaPrint inks are enviromentally sustainable and we screen print our bags with ISO 14001 (International Enviromental Standards) water based inks to reduce the negative impacts on the enviroment. MagnaColours produce the most enviromently sensitive inks that are free of harmful toxins and chemicals.
The inks have been developed to be able to easily print light colours onto darker materials with a water based formaldehyde-free formula. The inks have also been perfected to achieve brilliant white tones and high levels of opacity. They are supplied in 120kg drums which are then returned to the manufacturer to be refilled meaning so waste plastic is produced from the containers. In addition, almost zero wastage is produced due to the pigment based mixing system, meaning mixes can be achieved with much higher accuracy.
We are always working to become more sustainable in our manufacturing practices and look forward to implementing further innovations in the future.
