This guide will take you through what happens during the order process and what to expect when you order with BIDBI.

The easiest way to view our product ranges and collections is on our website. Whilst browsing, you are able to filter through the collections, and by style, by industry, and also by colour. If you need some ideas about what is best for you and your brand, our brochure is also on the website, you can view it here.

If our off the shelf collection doesn’t have exactly what you need, we also provide a bespoke service. Giving you the option of creating the bag you need to your exact specifications.

Once you’ve made your decision, all you have to do is add your chosen bag or bags to our quote basket and submit a quote. Choose your quantity, printing spec and upload your artwork if you have it. Don’t worry if you are unsure about printing techniques or bag types, our account managers are on hand to discuss this with you and to ensure you find the perfect bag for your needs, and understand what each print method can do. They will also send samples and are your first port of call throughout this process. If you haven’t sorted out your artwork or need extra help with the design of logos, artwork or typography we have an inhouse a design service that can help you with this.

Our design team is also there to prepare visual mockups and get your artwork print-ready. If you have any design-related queries, they can answer them! When you have received your quote, visual mock-ups, samples and are happy with your design, the design team will send you an Artwork Approval Form. If you are happy with the form, including colours, placement and size then let your account manager you are happy to proceed.

Once this has happened you will receive an invoice. Please note that bags will not be processed until the artwork has been approved and payment has been made. The lead time is 10-15 working days from this point.

Now the printing begins!

In preparation, our master printers will make your screens, and our ink mixers mix our non-toxic water-based ink to your exact Pantone specifications. Once the screen, or screens, are made our team will print your design onto your chosen bags.

Following the printing and drying process, your bags will go through quality control checks, be counted, and then packaged. Our operations team will book your delivery and you will receive an email with your invoice and tracking number, so you know when to expect your delivery.
